Make Memories provides travel planning and tour package services, including domestic and international holiday packages, family tours, honeymoon packages, spiritual and pilgrimage tours, senior citizen travel, adventure and weekend trips, customized itineraries, accommodation arrangements, transportation, sightseeing, transfers, and other travel-related services.

The exact services included in a particular booking will be specified in the applicable quotation, itinerary, booking confirmation, invoice, or other written communication provided to the customer.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that package descriptions, itineraries, photographs, hotel information, destinations, inclusions, exclusions, prices, and other information displayed on the Website are accurate.

However, travel services are subject to availability and may change due to supplier restrictions, seasonal conditions, operational requirements, government regulations, weather, local circumstances, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

The final itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, accommodation category, transportation details, and applicable price will be those confirmed at the time of booking.

Customers may request customized trips according to destination, travel dates, number of travellers, hotel preferences, transportation requirements, sightseeing preferences, activities, and budget.

A customized itinerary becomes confirmed only after the applicable booking amount or advance payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Make Memories.

Changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges, availability restrictions, or cancellation charges imposed by travel suppliers.

Tour package prices may vary depending on travel dates, destination, hotel availability, transportation costs, seasonal demand, taxes, exchange-rate fluctuations, supplier pricing, and other applicable charges.

The price communicated in a quotation is subject to the validity period mentioned in that quotation and availability at the time of confirmation.

A booking may require an advance payment or full payment depending on the package and supplier conditions.

The booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Make Memories.

Any additional services, upgrades, personal expenses, or changes requested by the traveller may be charged separately.

A booking confirmation, invoice, voucher, or written confirmation may be issued after successful confirmation of the relevant services.

Customers are responsible for checking the booking details, including names, travel dates, destinations, hotel details, transportation, inclusions, exclusions, and other relevant information.

Any error should be reported to Make Memories immediately.

Hotels and accommodation are subject to availability and confirmation.

The hotel displayed or discussed during the enquiry stage may be replaced with another property of a similar category if the originally requested property is unavailable, subject to the applicable booking conditions.

Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the respective property.

Special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, room views, adjoining rooms, specific room locations, or special arrangements are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Transportation services may be provided through third-party transport operators or local partners.

Vehicle type, seating capacity, pickup times, routes, and transportation arrangements may be subject to availability and local operational conditions.

Any additional waiting time, route deviation, extra usage, parking charges, tolls, permits, or other expenses not included in the confirmed package may be payable by the traveller where applicable.

Where flights, trains, buses, ferries, cruises, or other travel tickets are included or arranged, such services are also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective carrier or operator.

Airline or carrier schedules may change, be delayed, cancelled, or modified.

Applicable airline, railway, cruise, or carrier cancellation and amendment rules will apply in addition to Make Memories' booking terms.

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, identification documents, travel insurance, vaccination certificates, and any other documents required for their journey.

For international travel, visa approval is determined by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government department.

Make Memories does not guarantee visa approval unless specifically agreed under a separate written service arrangement.

Travellers should verify passport validity, visa requirements, entry conditions, and other destination-specific requirements before departure.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.

Travellers must follow applicable laws, immigration requirements, hotel rules, transport rules, safety instructions, local regulations, and instructions issued by service providers.

Travellers are also responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, travel documents, and medications unless otherwise provided under applicable law or a specific service arrangement.

Travel itineraries may occasionally need to be changed because of weather conditions, natural events, road closures, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, local conditions, supplier changes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, Make Memories will attempt to provide an alternative arrangement of comparable nature.

Changes may also be made at the customer's request and may involve additional charges or supplier cancellation fees.

Customers may request cancellation of a confirmed booking by contacting Make Memories through the official communication channels.

Cancellation charges depend on the destination, hotel, airline, transport provider, activity provider, travel dates, supplier policies, and the time remaining before departure.

The applicable cancellation and refund conditions communicated at the time of booking will govern the cancellation.

Certain bookings may be partially or completely non-refundable.

Make Memories or its suppliers may modify, reschedule, or cancel a service where circumstances make performance impractical or impossible.

Where applicable, Make Memories will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement or process any eligible refund in accordance with the applicable supplier terms and booking conditions.

Make Memories shall not be responsible for failure, delay, alteration, or interruption of travel services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, political unrest, civil disturbances, strikes, transportation disruptions, border closures, war, terrorism, or other extraordinary events.

In such circumstances, applicable supplier policies and available alternatives will determine the treatment of bookings and refunds.

Many travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers, including hotels, airlines, transport companies, activity operators, local guides, restaurants, cruise operators, and other travel partners.

Make Memories coordinates these services but does not own or directly control every third-party service provider.

The terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and service standards of the respective provider may apply to the relevant service.

The Website may contain photographs, destination descriptions, package details, prices, reviews, travel information, and other content for general informational purposes.

Photographs may be representative and actual hotel rooms, vehicles, destinations, views, facilities, or experiences may differ.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify package details, or remove content without prior notice.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, design elements, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Make Memories unless otherwise stated.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Make Memories shall not be responsible for losses or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from acts or omissions of independent third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Customers should first contact Make Memories regarding any issue relating to a booking or travel service so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the matter.

Any dispute shall be subject to applicable Indian laws and the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the relevant matter and location of Make Memories' business, subject to applicable law.

Make Memories may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated Terms will be published on the Website with the revised effective date.

Continued use of the Website or services after such changes may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
